We are a music school, based on the Upper North Shore in Sydney, with a passion for growing children’s love of music. We’re not just interested in teaching kids how to play perfectly but growing their love of music through play, positive reinforcement and fun.
Music Connection Co founder, Debby Smyth is here to support her teachers, encourage them and build communication and team work. We want you to be hungry to learn, as this is what we continue to do every day ourselves. We really enjoy spending time and nurturing kids. We want them to look forward to their lessons each week, not dread them! This is done through creating a fun and encouraging lesson experience.
We do in-home lessons in and around Sydney’s upper North Shore, which sets us apart from other music schools. We also offer online lessons which have been popular, especially through COVID-19.
Working on the music goals of the parent and child, we are flexible and adaptable to change the style and approach to cater to each child’s needs.
We incorporate games and fun music activities to keep kids stimulated and learning through different approaches.
Teachers will be supported with method, music books, fun game activities, and extra instruments to add to the lesson fun. Training and support will be provided throughout your time with Music Connection Co. and we hope to evolve and grow together.
